Some of the staff were very kind but others, not so much. I was a bit uncomfortable with being treated in a glass room. It was hard because I had to continuously change buildings.

I was told exactly what was going to happen. I was not rushed. I felt able to ask questions. Everyone was very friendly when I was having the procedure, a man stroked my head and held my hand which really helped as I was struggling with the discomfort. This is a lovely department.
